Sleeping Arrangements The villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The first floor hosts a King Bed Master Suite with a private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two additional King Bed Suites, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, alongside two themed bedrooms. The Mickey-themed room and the Toy Story-themed room both feature a bunk bed with a queen bed and utilize a shared bathroom.

The home is also conveniently close to US-27, providing quick access to local supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a self-catering home; a starter kit of toiletries, toilet paper, and dish supplies is provided, but no food or seasonings are included. Please note that pets and parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas like the balcony or pool area; a $250 fee applies for indoor smoking.

Optional services include pool heating for $35 per day (minimum 2 consecutive days, requested 48 hours in advance) and BBQ grill rentals for $100 per stay. Note that USPS does not deliver to vacation homes; please use UPS, FedEx, or DHL for packages.
