E. POOL HEAT and POOL HEAT REFUNDS
All homes with pools feature a pool alarm or pool fences for guest safety. The pool alarm can only be disabled if the home has a pool safety fence, as required by Florida law. Please inform your agent if you need a pool fence when booking.
The heaters are programmed to maintain a temperature of 86°F for proper chemical balance, which typically takes 24-48 hours to achieve. Once the pool reaches the desired temperature, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain it. However, if the outdoor temperature drops below 52°F, the heater will automatically shut off until conditions improve, as colder weather can impact its ability to keep the pool warm.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions in pool heating caused by equipment issues or weather conditions. We encourage guests to review the weather forecast prior to their stay. If cooler temperatures are expected, you may wish to reconsider or cancel the pool heat option accordingly.
No refunds are given for post-stay reports of issues.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen guest property; guests should report such incidents to the authorities and then to Allevo Homes.
Guests are responsible for supervising children and using provided amenities, such as games and toys, at their own risk. Children under 18 must not be left unsupervised.
There is no lifeguard on duty; guests use the pool at their own risk. Diving, horseplay, and unsupervised use by non-swimmers are prohibited. Guests must promptly report any issues with pool alarms or safety fencing.
