• Guest Capacity: 16 or more guests
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking, large gatherings, or parties permitted.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. An additional guest aged 25+ must also provide photo ID.
• Financials: In lieu of a security deposit, a $500 pre-authorization will be placed on the card on file and released two days after check-out.
• Note: Pool heating is available from September to May; fees and restrictions apply.
