The upgraded kitchen is designed to accommodate any cooking need, boasting stainless steel appliances and a full set of pots and pans. • Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside; violations result in a $500 cleaning fee.
• Events: No parties or events allowed; violators face immediate eviction.
• Pool Heat: Available April 15th–May 31st and September 1st–October 31st for $400 + tax.
• Linens: Provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.
