While the unit provides a private sanctuary, the resort offers fabulous aquatic luxuries reminiscent of 5-star tropical destinations. Guests have access to an array of on-site facilities just footsteps from the sand, including:

Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please note that check-in occurs at the Condo-World office rather than the rental property; a valid ID is required. A credit card imprint is taken at check-in to secure keys and passes. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are kindly asked to remove food from the refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and take out the trash before departing. All keys and passes should be returned to the office drop box.

Additional Policies: Linens, towels, and a starter set of paper products and soap are provided, and beds are made prior to arrival. Departure maid service is included, though daily cleaning is not provided. Please note that pets are not allowed. Building amenities are managed by a separate HOA, and no refunds are issued for their loss of use or for local construction/road repairs.
