Every bedroom is equipped with its own updated en-suite bathroom and a Smart TV. The layout includes a spacious master suite with a king bed and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower with a granite vanity. The main level hosts a queen bedroom with double sinks and a small private balcony. Upstairs, you will find an additional queen room, two more king rooms, and a dedicated bunk room containing four single beds.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation, featuring an open living room with a gas fireplace, tiled floors, and a huge sectional couch. The stylish kitchen is a chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, a roomy four-seat breakfast bar, and a solid wood dining table for eight. Step outside onto the enormous screened-in front porch to enjoy coffee or a twilight dinner in a bug-free environment.

Outdoor highlights include a huge 24'x13' private pool that can be heated or cooled (optional fee applies), complete with a poolside shower and lounge chairs. For effortless exploration, a complimentary 4-seat golf cart is provided.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome (max 2 pets, 60lbs and under, non-aggressive breeds) for a non-refundable fee of $20 per pet, per day. Please note that grass and street parking are strictly prohibited. A separate rental agreement and government-issued ID are required after booking. For stays of 29 nights or longer, mandatory cleaning inspections are required every 2-4 weeks.
