Designed for comfort and group gatherings, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across the floors: the main level hosts one king bedroom and a full bathroom, while the upper floor contains three additional bedrooms and two large bathrooms featuring fully remodeled custom showers. Bedroom 2 offers two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, Bedroom 3 includes one twin and one queen bed, and Bedroom 4 provides a second king bed. The master bedroom is a true highlight, boasting a private entrance to one of the two large front porches—a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the views.

Step outside to discover a backyard oasis featuring a private pool with custom artificial turf and poolside loungers. For those visiting during cooler months, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor space is fully fenced, making it a safe haven for kids and pets, and includes a propane grill for evening cookouts and a fully enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the surf.

Location is everything at Island Girl. You are just a 2-minute golf cart ride away from local restaurants, the pier, and other neighborhood attractions. Ample parking is available both in front of and under the home, and guests are welcome to bring motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers.

• Pet Policy: Pet friendly! A non-refundable fee of $150 covers up to 2 pets; additional pets are subject to approval at $100 per pet. Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
• House Rules: Strictly no smoking inside (violation results in a $500 fee). No parties or events are permitted; violations may lead to immediate eviction.
• Amenities Note: Linens are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels. A supply starter kit is provided upon arrival. Smart TVs are available for your own streaming accounts; no cable TV is provided.
• Pool Heating: $300 additional fee (not available Dec-March). Heating is limited to 10 degrees above outside air temperature.
