House Rules: Please read before booking. Persons occupying a vacation condominium must include an occupant who is at least 23 years of age. Reservation must also be in the name of someone 23 years of age or older. Matching Credit card and ID are required for registration prior to releasing any codes on day of arrival.

Rental Agreement: All guests are required to complete an online Rental Agreement prior to arrival. Please monitor your emails or contact host directly for instructions on how to complete the Rental Agreement.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is between 4:00PM and the close of business on the day of your arrival. Properties are not guaranteed to be ready at 4:00 PM. Early check-in is permitted for a nominal fee and must be purchased by phone prior to 48-hours of arrival date.

Check-out: Check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Sorry late check-out options are not available. Guests will be charged a $75.00 per hour fee for late departures.

Cancellations/Transfers: Free cancellation for cancellation within 48 hours of booking, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in. Confirmed reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival. For cancellations received 7-days or more in advance of arrival date, a refund of 50% of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee. No refunds are issued for early departures.

Accommodations: Each condominium is privately owned, furnished and equipped according to the Owner's taste and requirements. The condition and furnishings of each condo may vary. Security Cameras are located on property. All condos are designated as non-smoking. We cannot guarantee that the property will be smoke free. We will make every effort to complete reasonable repairs and corrections as soon as possible

Housekeeping/Linen Service: Units are cleaned following departure only. Daily cleaning service and/or additional linen is available for an additional charge. All units are supplied one-time with linen, towels and washcloths. You will be responsible for maintaining the linen during your visit. Laundry facilities are available throughout the Resort.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during occupancy. However, accidental damage waiver protection is included in the total price of the reservation.

Pets: Myrtle Beach Resort HOA Regulations state NO pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions. The community HOA does allow for ADA Service Animals. ADA Service animals be announced at least 30 days prior to arrival to ensure security is aware of their arrival and a smooth check in. ESA animals are not permitted.

Damage/Injury: Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations, as agent for the Owner of the condo, shall not be liable for damage or injury to guest or any other person or to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, and guest agrees to hold Agent and Owner harmless for any claims of damage, no matter how caused. Agent will not be responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damage to guests' personal property.

Preparing for Departure: Guest is responsible for removing any food from the refrigerator & cabinets, loading & starting the dishwasher, and removing any trash from the condo. Please lock all doors and turn out all lights. Count linen and place inside bathroom door. Departure Maid Service is included with your stay. Guest will be invoiced additional charges for the condo not being prepared for departure, excessive cleaning, or late departure.

Parking: A Gate Entry/Parking Fee will be charged to each guest vehicle upon initial entry into Myrtle Beach Resort at a rate of $10.00 per day per vehicle for a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo. Relatives, friends, & visitors shall have the option of paying a daily vehicle fee of $10.00 per day per vehicle, but ONLY if the vehicle is not parked overnight.
Motorcycles and trailers are handled separately at the security gate based on Myrtle Beach Resort HOA regulations at time of arrival. 2026 Motorcycle Gate Fee rate is $10 per day and Trailer Gate Fee Rates are $15 per day. Motorcycles and trailers are required to be parked in designated areas ONLY. Trailers are permitted for special Bike Week events ONLY. A Gate Entry Fee will be collected at the security gate upon arrival for trailer parking. Trailers must NOT exceed 18ft from tongue to bumper. ALL GATE ENTRY/PARKING FEES ARE PAYABLE AT THE SECURITY GATE ONLY AND BY CREDIT CARD ONLY, no cash. Buses, RVs, Campers, Watercraft, & Golf carts are NOT permitted per Myrtle Beach Resort HOA regulations.

Resort Renovations & Closures: Some amenities may be delayed in opening or close for weather, maintenance/repairs/construction, or may have seasonal closures. BRR does not make room changes, rate adjustments, or refunds for these things as we do not operate the Myrtle Beach Resort buildings or amenities. NOTE: There will be construction activity taking place around the Renaissance Tower building from approximately September 2026 through May 2027. Some of the amenities located within the vicinity of the Renaissance Tower, including but not limited to, the outdoor pool deck and the two exits to the pool deck will be closed during the renovation construction. Owners and guests will have access to all other available pools and amenities inside Myrtle Beach Resort.
