The second floor hosts three additional bedrooms: the expansive Master suite (Bedroom 4) with a King bed, private balcony overlooking the golf course, and a large private bathroom featuring a double vanity and separate tub and shower; Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed, private bathroom, and TV; and Bedroom 2, which contains a set of full-over-full bunk beds, a private bathroom, and a TV. A quaint upstairs sitting room includes a TV and a desk with a wireless printer, providing a useful spot for those working or schooling remotely.

Living spaces are designed for gathering, with neutral colors and comfortable furnishings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features upgraded appliances and a central island perfect for cocktails and conversation, while the large dining table comfortably seats eight.
