Situated right in the resort center, this home is ideal for families who want to be close to the beach, pools, and endless activities in Isle of Palms, South Carolina.

This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across three levels. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with two full size beds and access to a full bathroom with dual sinks and a combination shower/tub. The second floor hosts two more spacious bedrooms: one featuring a king size bed and another with two queen beds, both of which include private bathrooms. The third floor is dedicated to the master suite, a private sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. This top-floor haven also boasts a private balcony with views of the ocean and the Grand Pavilion community.

Inside, you are greeted by a beachy décor and an easy layout. The main level is designed for relaxing with friends and family, featuring a living room with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen Smart TV. The dining area seats six, located just steps from the fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the back porch or deck to breathe in the fresh ocean air, as the beach is just a one-minute walk away.

• Be aware that nearby resort facilities occasionally host outdoor events; local noise ordinances are in effect (10 PM weekdays, 11 PM weekends)
• Beach Renourishment Project: From July to November 2026, construction equipment and temporary work zones may be present on the beach, with potential localized access adjustments.
