Pool heating operates November through April at 85 degrees, though temperatures may drop if outdoor weather falls below 50 degrees. Additional fees apply for violations including indoor smoking ($300), lost keys/remotes ($125), pet-related cleaning issues ($200), and excessive noise may result in reservation cancellation.
