Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via a secure smart lock system
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Private driveway included
• Pets: House-trained cats and dogs are welcome (max 3 pets) at no extra stay fee. Pets are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in the pool. An additional cleaning fee of $200 applies. Please pick up all dog waste.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors (violation fee: $300). Outdoor smoking is allowed if all windows and doors remain tightly closed.
• Noise: No loud music or excessive noise; violations may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
• Fees: Lost keys or remotes incur a $125 charge.
• Requirements: A pre-arrival form and signed rental conditions are required before stay.
