The stylish main living room is outfitted with comfortable modern furnishings and a flat-screen television. For those who love to cook, the updated and fully-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a delicious home-cooked meal, with a main dining table that seats eight guests and three additional bar stools at the island counter top.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels to accommodate up to 10 guests. The first floor features the primary master suite (Bedroom #1) with a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom, and direct access to the screened-in porch. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms: Bedroom #2 with a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom, and porch access; Bedroom #3 with a king-size bed, TV, and shared bathroom; and Bedroom #4 with two twin beds and a shared bathroom. A separate bonus living room on the top floor includes a queen-size pull-out sofa-bed for extra guests. All upstairs bedrooms enjoy convenient porch access.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use, and the home does not have access to the Kiawah Resort pools, including the Night Heron Pools. Be advised that the walk bridge connecting Ocean Green to Atlantic Beach Court may be under replacement, requiring a detour via the Surfsong route to reach the beach.
