Sleeping arrangements are designed for high capacity, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests with 8 beds.

To ensure a pleasant environment for all, please adhere to the following house rules and practical information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via self check-in with a smart lock
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including the deck, balcony, and pool area ($500 fee and eviction for violations). No pets are allowed ($500 fee for violations).
• Noise Policy: No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called).
• Age Requirements: Minimum rental age is 25 years; at least half of the group must be adults over age 25.
• Other: No trailers, campers, or RVs permitted. A $1,000 security deposit is held.
