The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests. The lower level features two queen bedrooms equipped with memory foam mattresses and two full bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find a private, open queen bedroom and a half bathroom. For additional guests, the living room includes a spacious sofa with a queen pullout sleeper. The living area is perfect for relaxing, featuring a flatscreen TV with a Roku streaming system.

Outside, the property boasts a huge back patio and lounge area, complete with an outdoor table and an electric grill, creating the perfect environment for winding down after a day of exploration. Guests also benefit from two coveted off-street parking spaces, with additional free street parking available along Old Mission Ave.

Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, the Urban Oasis puts you within easy walking distance of boutique shops, art galleries, and local eateries. You are just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Raintree Restaurant and 5 minutes from Luli's cupcakes.
