This spacious villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for extended families, featuring two king-size beds and two twin beds across the bedrooms. The interior boasts a bright, open floor plan with a spacious coastal design, where double front doors lead you into a home filled with light and an unobstructed view of the pool area and lanai.

At the heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a generous center island, perfect for conversation. This area flows seamlessly into the dining and living rooms, with sliding doors that open to the outdoor entertainment space.

Situated in the heart of SW Cape Coral, the property is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The location provides a quick drive to local highlights, including Matlacha (15 minutes), Fort Myers Beach (30 minutes), and the Florida International Airport (45 minutes).

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a $150 plus tax non-refundable pet fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please note that the rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Base rental rates include up to 4 guests, with additional guests incurring a fee of $20 per night. Long-term stays are welcome at this relaxing coastal escape.
