This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, plus two full bathrooms. For additional flexibility, the den includes a work desk for those who need to stay connected and can accommodate two extra guests with a pull-out Murphy bed option.

Step inside through the double front doors to discover an open concept floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The large kitchen features an island with ample space for gathering, while the coastal design creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the living and dining areas. From the moment you enter, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the pool area and canal beyond.

The location offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, situated close to Cape Coral Parkway and Chiquita with restaurants and shopping nearby. The neighborhood provides great walking opportunities while being just 15 minutes from Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and 45 minutes to Florida International Airport. With over four hundred miles of canals, numerous restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this area provides activities to suit every guest.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, with additional guests beyond the 4th incurring a $20 per night fee. Pet-friendly stays require a $150 plus tax non-refundable pet fee. The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and while the home features an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ, the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only - a standalone gas BBQ is available for guest use.
