• Pets: Allowed with a $50 fee per pet, per stay (maximum of 4 pets total, 2 per home)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property; smoking is only permitted across the street or on the sidewalk. A fine of up to $500 applies for smoke smells inside the home
• Security: Each property is equipped with 2 exterior cameras (patio and entrance) and an available alarm system for guest use
• Parking Note: Parking is restricted to the alleyway/garages; parking on Columbus Dr. is not permitted
