To ensure we can maintain an optimal experience for all of our guests for years to come we ask that you adhere to the house rules. Please note that the community has a 24/7 security staff to maintain ordinance to ensure everyone around can have an enjoyable vacation. We want you to have fun and enjoy your stay while respecting the home and the rules.

The following will result in the loss of your security deposit: • Noise complaints • Smoking inside the house • Late check out that impacts our next guest • Moving appliances, fixtures, and/or furniture

The following will result in additional charges: • Late check out that impacts the housekeeping service = $150 charge. • Late check out that impacts the next arrival = loss of security deposit ($750) • Unbagged trash = $ 150 • Excessive garbage left in the unit = $250. • Deep cleaning = $500.
• Any tampering with the pool equipment = $350. • Plugged Toilet = $150.

The house does not come with a grill, but we do have a grill available for rent. The price to rent the grill for a one week minimum is $150 USD. You can add an additional week for $150 USD or pay $30 USD for each additional day. It is a 4 burner gas grill. If interested, you need to notify us prior to arrival. For the best experience and a timely delivery please make sure to order your grill before your reservation starts. Grills are delivered at 5:00 P.M. EST on the day of your arrival.

Pool heat is available for $45 a day plus tax. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add “pool heat” to your reservation. The heater starts at 9 a.m. on the day of your arrival and works from 9a.m. to 9 pm until the day of your departure. If you would like to pre-heat the pool prior to your arrival you may add additional “pool heat” days to your reservation. The pool gets one degree warmer approximately every two or three hours which means it takes a few days to get fully heated. If the weather is cold it takes longer to heat. If the temperature drops below 55º degrees the heater will not work. Due to these factors pool heat is not recommended for short stays.

If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out please ask the host for availability. The costs are as follows: Early Check-in: 1:00 PM ($150 USD) Late Check-out: 1:00 PM ($150 USD)

NO PARKING ON SIDEWALKS OR THE GRASS. Violators will be towed by the HOA.

Please note that this home is "self-catering" and it is the Guest’s responsibility to replenish items such as soap, toilet paper and trash bags. No food or condiments are provided.

IMPORTANT: Please check your belongings before your departure. We are not responsible for any forgotten item. Its almost impossible for us to recover a forgotten item, so please double check before you leave the house.
