Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The booking guest must be at least 23 years old, and a digital rental agreement with a legal ID and verification selfie must be completed prior to arrival. Pets are welcome with prior approval; a $100 fee per pet per stay applies, and a limit of 2 pets is permitted.

Additional policies include a no-smoking and no-vaping rule inside the rental. A $20 resort fee provides a damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents.
