Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main level welcomes you with an open kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as a bedroom featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the primary master bedroom, which boasts a luxurious king size bed, a dedicated work space, and a private full en suite bathroom. A second master bedroom offers full ocean views, a king size bed, and a twin day bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for groups, containing a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, sharing a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with the second master.

Outdoor living is at the heart of this property. Enjoy the first-level deck via large sliding glass doors, or head to the second-level balcony to watch for mermaid friends. For those seeking shade, a large open covered bonus space under the house provides a picnic table and bench to beat the summer heat, while the area under the stairs holds a treasure trove of beach toys and chairs for your use.

Location and Access: Situated directly next to private beach access and a shared pool used by only 10 houses, which is heated from April through October. The property provides tandem parking under the house and in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.
