The second level houses a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the second master bedroom. The second master boasts a king size bed, a twin day bed, and a sliding glass door leading to the second-level deck. The primary master bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, complete with a king size bed, a dedicated work space, a private full en suite bathroom, and its own balcony access.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area flows into a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. The home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living with large sliding glass doors leading to multiple decks. For those looking to escape the summer heat, there is a large open covered bonus space beneath the house featuring a picnic table and bench, along with a treasure trove of beach toys and chairs stored under the stairs.

Location and neighborhood highlights include direct proximity to private beach access and a shared pool utilized by only ten homes, which is heated from April through October. Guests can easily transition from the main level deck down to the pool or straight onto the beach.
