The sleek and modern kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a large island containing the microwave and dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with an additional eight stools at the island for casual gathering. In the living room, a large plush sectional couch and chairs provide the perfect spot to relax around the massive flat-screen Smart TV. This level also includes a bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, a powder room, and a convenient laundry room.

On the lower level, you will find three additional bedrooms and a second sitting area with its own Smart TV. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a stunning marble tiled walk-in shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are designed for maximum capacity; Bedroom 4 features a Double-over-Double bunk with a Twin trundle and a Twin-over-Twin bunk, while Bedroom 5 contains two Twin-over-Twin bunks, both with Twin trundles. These two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity. Every bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen Smart TV.

Embrace the salt air from one of the four porches—two on each floor—or lounge by the pristine private heated pool. For added convenience, the exterior features an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a storage closet filled with beach and pool toys, including boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach cart, corn hole, and paddle ball.

• Capacity: 16 or more guests
• Pets: Not allowed
• Pool: Private and unattended (swim at own risk). No food, drinks, alcohol, or glass allowed in the pool area. Heating is provided April 1 - Oct 31; for stays between Nov 1 - March 31, heating is available for an additional $75 per day.
• Linens: Included in cleaning fee between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Outside these dates, linens are available for an additional fee or can be brought by guests.
• Restrictions: No smoking on premises ($500 fee), no house parties, no charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers.
• Requirements: Primary guest must be at least 26 years old. A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to arrival.
• Security: Exterior cameras are located at entrances and parking areas.
