Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking condo; smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on the balcony, though designated smoking areas are available. Pets are not allowed. The minimum age to book this property is 25.

Additional Policies:

• 3-night minimum stay (7-night minimum during peak season from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
• 1 parking pass provided per condo (no exceptions); motorcycles are allowed
