For additional relaxation, the second floor hosts a separate living room, providing a great spot to unwind, play games, or enjoy a movie night.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring a private heated pool and spa for year-round enjoyment, alongside a gas grill on the patio for evening cookouts. To ensure a seamless beach day, the home provides essential gear including chairs and umbrellas.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and for unrelated groups, the average adult age must be 25+. The primary booker must be present during the stay. House parties, prom events, weddings, and rehearsal dinners are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside or around the premises; violations incur a $500 fee.

Rental Agreement: After booking, guests must electronically sign a rental agreement from the local management team.

Pool & Spa Policies: The pool is open year-round. From October 1st to March 31st, heating is not default; pool heating is available for $75/day and spa heating for $150/day for the full reservation. Swim at your own risk; adults must supervise children at all times. No food, drinks, alcohol, or glass are allowed in or around the pool area.

Elevator Note: The elevator is provided for convenience, but operation is not guaranteed. Please follow the provided instructions carefully, as user error results in a $100 service charge. Children are not permitted in the elevator without an adult.

Linen Service: For reservations on or after April 6, 2026, linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee. For bookings prior to that date, linens are available for an additional fee. A basic starter pack of essentials is provided, but guests should bring additional toiletries, condiments, and beach towels.
