Practical Info & Rules Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Smoking and parties or events are strictly prohibited. The minimum age to book this property is 25. For security, two external cameras are located at the front and back for emergency use only.

Pet Policy Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable $200 pet fee. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed with a combined weight limit of 80 lbs. Pets must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. To maintain the home, dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please note that cats are strictly not allowed.
