Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A signed Vacation Rental Agreement is required prior to arrival. Please note that this is a privately owned unit; the front desk does not handle guest requests, and guests should contact the property manager directly. Pets are allowed with a one-time $100 fee.

Mandatory fees paid at check-in include a one-time Administrative Fee of $56.50, a nightly Resort Fee of $45.20, and a refundable $100 Building Hold. Self-parking is available via the PayByPhone app or ground floor meters, with rates ranging from $20 (1 hour) to $315 (7 days). A noise monitoring system is in place for guest safety (no internal cameras).

Important Note: Construction is currently occurring in the building directly in front of the unit and is expected to last until June 2026, which may cause some daytime noise.
