Welcome to Litchfield Inn and our magnificent Resort View King Room! Located on the 3rd floor in beautiful Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this retreat is designed for those seeking a blend of coastal charm and effortless relaxation.

Our coastal living inspired Lodge Rooms expertly combine comfort and affordability, placing you just steps away from a private and pristine beach. This specific layout features 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bathroom, providing an inviting space for up to 2 guests to unwind in style.

Each of our individually decorated Lodge Rooms is tailored to enhance your stay. You will find a space that emphasizes a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by the convenience of a dedicated coffee pot, basic cookware, and utensils in the kitchen area to make your mornings easier.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information:

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM via the front desk (available 24/7 for arrival assistance). The primary booker must be present to pay the balance in full.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Policies: This is a non-smoking property (including balconies). Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.
Restrictions: No RVs or trailers are allowed on the property. All occupants must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Housekeeping: Trash is removed and towels are changed daily between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM unless a 'Do Not Disturb' sign is displayed. Guests staying 7 nights or longer must schedule a midweek cleaning at check-in.

PLEASE READ Thank you for considering my property! A few things to note:

-The best way to reach me is via this site. Listings are monitored from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Inquiries and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day.

-Check-in via the front desk of the property, and they are available to assist you 24/7 upon arrival. You can pay the balance of the stay on any debit or credit card you choose, but the person who booked the reservation must be at check-in and pay the balance in full to receive the keys. You can have someone else check in the unit, but they will need to cover the balance of the stay and security deposit to get the keys.

-Linens, towels, and parking are all included with your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial-grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.

-Pack n plays available upon request for a fee of $10 per night

-For your convenience, the kitchen has a coffee pot, basic cookware, and utensils. Condiments and specialty items are not included. Coffee is provided in the unit.

-Housekeeping: While full-service cleaning is not done in the units, We change towels and take trash daily unless a Do not Disturb sign is out. This is done between 11AM-4/5PM

-Guests staying 7 nights or longer must schedule their midweek cleaning at Check-in.

-Your cleaning fee covers the cleaning, sanitizing, and reset of the condo after you check out, so you do not need to do any cleaning when checking out.

-Please remember that this is a Non-smoking property, including the balcony.

-No RVs or Trailers are allowed on the Property.

-No Pets are permitted (except registered service animals).

-All occupants must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Listed below are some cleanliness highlights you can expect when you stay at my condo:
- All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19-specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers, and more.
- All keys and pool passes are sanitized before being put in your check-in envelope.
-Hurricane Policy: Refunds are only offered if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation of the zone where the resort is located. If no mandatory evacuation is ordered, the deposit or payments received can be used on another booking with one calendar year, but no refund will be offered.
