Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly property welcoming one pet per unit for free, subject to a 25 lbs weight limit (ESA animals are exempt). Please note that pets are not permitted on the public beach or the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.

Additional Notes: Guests may encounter increased noise levels due to nearby construction. Self-parking is available via PayByPhone or the ground-floor meter with rates ranging from $20 for one hour up to $315 for seven days.
