The main level welcomes you with a spacious open floor plan that balances a traditional feel with modern touches, featuring comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV. The wood-crafted kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and expansive granite countertops providing extra barstool seating, all adjacent to a dining area that seats six. For a tranquil moment, step onto the screened-in back porch and enjoy stunning views of hole #18 on the Turtle Point Golf Course.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across both floors. The main-level master suite offers a king bed, direct back porch access, and a private bathroom complete with a modern soaking tub, walk-in shower, and his-and-her sinks. Upstairs, a cozy sitting room with a game table and TV serves as a second living area. The second bedroom features two queen beds and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The remaining two spacious bedrooms—one with two queen beds and one with two twin beds—share a full bathroom. All upstairs bedrooms enjoy individual access to a spacious deck.

Please note that while guests have access to the neighborhood pool, this property does not provide access to resort pools. Small dogs are welcome with a $125 non-refundable pet fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking home. Guests are reminded to bring their own beach and pool towels, as these are not provided.
