Welcome to Palm Terrace, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach sanctuary on the charming Tybee Island. This totally updated 1940s bungalow boasts a gorgeous private pool, a well-appointed pool house, and all the comforts of home for up to 10 guests.

The home is spread across two spacious floors, with two living rooms, two kitchens, and ample room to spread out and relax. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a generous living room, dining area, and sun room with an outdoor deck overlooking the sparkling pool. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms and bathrooms, a laundry room, and a convenient kitchenette.

The backyard oasis is the true showstopper, featuring a huge private pool and pool house with a 90-inch TV, commercial ice machine, gas and charcoal grills, bar, and lounge seating. Soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip, or enjoy a cookout while taking in the views of the beautifully landscaped yard.

Palm Terrace is located on the beach side of 6th Terrace, just a short stroll from the sand and surf. This part of Tybee is significantly less crowded than other areas, making it a coveted spot for those in the know. An onsite golf cart is available for rent, providing easy transportation around the island.

While we don't provide beach gear, we do offer beach towels for your use. For umbrellas, chairs, and other essentials, we recommend visiting Tim's Bikes and Beach Gear. The pool is open year-round, with seasonal heating from October through May.
