The private pool area opens to a serene pond view and includes plenty of seating with a covered living area that seats five and a dining area that seats eight. Four lounge chairs next to the spillover spa offer the perfect spot to take in the Florida sun or watch birds fly above the pond. The pool features a child safety fence and Florida screen for privacy, with a convenient half bath downstairs.

When not enjoying the Florida weather outside, guests can escape to the games room featuring foosball, basketball games, arcade games, and side-by-side PlayStation 4 gaming stations with wall-mounted TVs. The upstairs loft living area provides a peaceful retreat with two sofas and a 70-inch smart TV, plus a workstation for those needing to get work done.

Pool heat is available and recommended from October 31st to March 31st.
