Practical information for your visit:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM. If arriving before 5 PM, please inform the guard that you are heading to the Rental Office. After 5 PM, keys and check-in packages will be available at the Guard Gate.
• Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Minimum Stay: 1 month minimum for February; 7-night minimum for the remainder of the year.
• Holiday Restriction: December 24th, 25th, and 26th may be booked as part of a larger reservation, but check-in and check-out are unavailable on those specific dates.
• Parking: Maximum of 1 car in the assigned parking lot.
• Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, and no motorcycles, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles are permitted.

Payment is structured as a 25% deposit at booking, 50% due 120 days prior to arrival, and the final 25% balance including the cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit due 60 days before check-in. Cancellations over 120 days receive a full refund (excluding processing fees), with tiered partial refunds available until 60 days prior to check-in, after which no refunds are provided.
