Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a king-size Sleep Number bed, large windows overlooking the marsh, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size Sleep Number bed, while the third bedroom provides two full-size beds. For your convenience, the two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with tub and shower combinations. To ensure maximum comfort, every bedroom and the living room features its own mini-split heating and cooling unit, allowing guests to personalize the temperature in each room.

At the heart of the home is a newly renovated kitchen boasting marble countertops, a gas stove, a full-size refrigerator, and a countertop ice maker, fully stocked with the cookware and utensils needed for your stay. The adjacent dining area keeps the main gathering spaces connected. For entertainment, the living room provides ample seating and a large Roku TV, with large windows throughout the home flooding the space with natural light.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Sabal Serenity experience. Relax on the large, fully furnished screened-in porch overlooking the marsh—perfect for morning coffee or family meals. Just outside, the open deck features additional seating and a gas grill, offering a closer view of the Harbor River and the 175 species of birds that call the island home. A nearby boardwalk provides an additional way to explore the serene surroundings.

To enhance your island adventure, a four-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is included with your rental, making it effortless to visit the beach, pools, and marina. Up to 8 guest cards are also provided, granting access to resort amenities including tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and various restaurants and bars. Dogs are warmly welcome to join the family, ensuring a complete vacation experience.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island and designated wildlife sanctuary located about 20 miles from Beaufort. Guests can enjoy 3.5 miles of beach, two championship golf courses, multiple pool complexes, and frequent sightings of whitetail deer.
