The master bedroom is a private sanctuary fitted with its own 32" flat screen TV for your relaxation. The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with a new flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, a sofa, and a comfortable chair. For dining, the space includes a wooden table paired with 4 decorative dining chairs. Step outside to the screened-in and tiled porch and balcony, which comes equipped with a comfortable table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the Florida breeze.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For arrivals before 5:00 PM, please notify the guard that you are heading to the Rental Office; arrivals after 5:00 PM can collect their keys and check-in package at the Guard Gate.

Stay restrictions include a 1-month minimum stay during February and March, and a 7-night minimum for the rest of the year. Please note that December 24th, 25th, and 26th may be booked as part of a larger reservation, but check-in and check-out are unavailable on those specific dates. A strict no-smoking and no-pets policy is enforced. Additionally, the community prohibits commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, and motorcycles.
