About Property

Discover the ultimate group getaway at this luxurious and spacious Chandler retreat, where modern comfort meets resort-style living. Designed as the house where the group trip actually happens, this home blends modernized bohemian vibes with an endless array of entertainment options, making it the perfect base for family reunions, golf trips, or a vacation with friends.

This expansive residence features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the upper level hosts a primary suite with a king bed and a lavish en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower and stand-alone tub, a second king bedroom, and a third room with two full-over-full bunk beds and a cozy reading nook. For those preferring to avoid stairs, a queen bedroom is located on the main floor. Additionally, the garage-turned-game room provides a unique hanging queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space.

Inside, the living room invites relaxation with a plush gray sofa, an egg chair, and a cozy electric fireplace. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances, a mini bar area, and dining space for ten. For entertainment, the game room is jam-packed with a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and arcade games including Golden Tee and Pacman.

Step outside into a spectacular resort-style backyard featuring a private heated pool, hot tub, and an outdoor firepit for stargazing. Friendly competition comes easy with the on-site putt-putt green, cornhole, and ping pong table. All this is complemented by a BBQ grill and poolside loungers for total relaxation.

Located in a tranquil neighborhood, you are just minutes from local golf courses, 10 minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center, and 15 minutes from the Tempe Sports Complex. Uber and Lyft are reliable options for exploring the city's dining and shopping.
