Two additional guest rooms—one featuring a queen and twin, and the other a queen—share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a spacious vanity and separate water closet. For extra versatility, the home includes a Carolina room with a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed tucked into the office area.

Entertainment is central to the experience here. The garage is transformed into a game room equipped with a ping-pong table, air hockey, and a large Connect Four game.

Guests can walk or bike about half a mile to the beach or take a short ride to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and various watersports, shopping, and dining options. The home is located within the gated Palmetto Dunes community, where guests can enjoy an 11-mile lagoon ideal for canoeing and kayaking. From mid-March through mid-September, guests have free access to The Dunes Buggy for on-demand transportation within the resort and Shelter Cove.
