The second floor features the primary suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a separate tub and walk-in shower. The third floor offers two more bedrooms, including one with two queen beds and another with a single queen bed. Guests on the third floor have access to an ensuite bath as well as a full bathroom. To ensure a seamless stay, a convenient elevator serves all levels, making it effortless to navigate the home after a long day of beach adventures.

This stretch of coastline is not tide dependent and offers plenty of walking space in both directions. You will be within walking distance of local restaurant favorites such as Porch, Fiddlers, Barrier Island Brewing, and Crab Daddy's.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs (25 lbs or less) with a $250 pet fee. No puppies under 1 year old or breeds listed as 'vicious' by insurance carriers.
• Parking: One automobile may park in front of the home; parking behind the home at the garage is prohibited by the HOA.
• Age Requirements: Guests must be 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be 30+ or children with parents; no student groups.
• House Rules: No smoking anywhere on the property, including porches and decks. No events, parties, or overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
• Elevator: Residential elevator available (not guaranteed to be ADA compliant).
