About Property

Discover a taste of Montana right here in the Oldest City! Welcome to Whitefish Lodge, a modern and unique home situated in historic Lincolnville, St. Augustine. Upon entering, you are immediately taken aback by the openness of the space, featuring high ceilings and a unique garage-style back wall. The loft area provides additional high windows that bathe the home in peaceful, natural light, while Montana-inspired decor—including antique skis, snowshoes, and sleds with runners—adds a bit of whimsy and fun throughout.

This residence is thoughtfully configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout includes a dark and cozy ensuite master bedroom located downstairs. A circular staircase leads you up to the loft, where you will find an ensuite guest bedroom equipped with books and a large screen TV, as well as a second guest room featuring a small twin bed nestled in the window-seat.

Inside, the modern and spacious kitchen offers ample counter space, plenty of pots and pans, and the convenience of two microwaves—one located in a closet by the fridge and another in the master bedroom closet alongside a mini-fridge. Enjoy your mornings at the small breakfast table with drip coffee or a Nespresso machine. The living area is designed for relaxation with a comfortable L-shaped couch and an 80” TV paired with a DVD player and sound system. Incredible wood cutout art pieces are sprinkled throughout, bringing a sense of the Old West to the interior. While the home lacks traditional closets, plenty of storage is available via dressers and under-bed drawers.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a wooden front porch perfect for morning coffee and a back porch featuring comfortable wooden chairs surrounded by beautiful native Florida plants.
