Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both offering ample closet space. The bright bathroom is highlighted by a large walk-in shower and a vanity with additional storage space in the adjacent closet.

The common areas are bathed in amazing sunlight, showcasing chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and an ocean-chic kitchen fully stocked with a driftwood bar that provides seating for four. For relaxation, the lounge area features plenty of seating, including a reclining couch perfect for streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

Situated on A1A just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach, the location is unbeatable. You are just 50 steps from the beach and a brief 5-minute walk to the downtown area. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, characterized by million-dollar mansions and a gated community directly across the street. This prime spot is also located just minutes south of the Kennedy Space Center at the famed Space Coast.

Important Policies: All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws; no smoking, vaping, or subleasing is permitted. Please note that mailbox access is not available for guests. To get you started, we provide an initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, and light cleaning supplies (no laundry soap provided). Any additional supplies needed during your stay should be replenished by the guest.
