This expansive villa accommodates up to 14 guests in total comfort with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor features a spacious king suite with a walk-in closet and a huge private bathroom featuring a garden tub. Upstairs, you will find a second master suite with a queen bed and a private bath, along with two more queen rooms—one featuring Pirates of the Caribbean decor. For the children, there are three themed rooms inspired by Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter, and Star Wars, the latter of which includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. Every single bedroom is equipped with its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, featuring a southern-facing, saltwater swimming pool and attached spa that ensure maximum sunshine throughout the day. The pool is surrounded by an over-sized screen enclosure and privacy plantings, with a large covered lanai offering tables for outdoor dining. Inside, the functional floor plan includes a bright, open living room open to the second floor, a dining area seating eight, and a modern kitchen with a large island and stainless-steel appliances. Entertainment abounds in the dedicated game room—complete with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and a beverage fridge—as well as a newly remodeled gaming nook featuring an XBox One.

Located within the gated Emerald Island Resort, you can enjoy a secure environment with a 24/7 manned guardhouse.
