• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly (2 dog max). A $250 non-refundable fee per dog applies. Dogs must be crated if left alone and are not permitted on furniture.
• Gate Access: One gate pass is included per reservation. Additional passes are $45 each and must be picked up at the property manager's office.
• House Rules: Smoking is not permitted; minimum age limit is 25.
• Guest Portal: All reservations require completion of a secure Guest Portal before arrival to sign the rental agreement, complete guest verification, and select either a Damage Waiver or Security Deposit.
