Crime-Free Provision: Reservation Holder, occupants, family, invitees, or other persons under the Reservation Holders control shall not engage in or facilitate: (i) any acts involving imminent or actual serious property damage as defined by law; (ii) any criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity, any act of violence or threats of violence, other illegal activity, including prostitution, criminal street gang activity, threatening or intimidating unlawful discharge of firearms, or assault; (iii) jeopardize the health, safety, and welfare of guests, Property Owner, Management Company, agents or others. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION SHALL CONSTITUTE A MATERIAL AND IRREPARABLE VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND GOOD CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION.

ABSOLUTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RENTAL PROPERTY. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION SHALL CONSTITUTE A MATERIAL AND IRREPARABLE VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND GOOD CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION.

Keys and Remotes: The Reservation Holder is responsible for lost keys and remotes. Management Company charges $25 for each house key that is not returned. Guests that fail to return community keys, garage remotes or gate remotes will be charged the cost of the replacement plus a $49 trip charge.  Community key replacement may cost as much as $100.00, plus trip charge.

Housekeeping:  Additional maid service are available on a fee-for-service basis.

All of our homes are non-smoking homes. Properties in which a guest, their guests or invitees’ smoke inside the property will result in the guest being assessed an additional $1000.00 cleaning charge upon their departure. 

Pets: If you are renting a no pets allowed property the following will apply: The Reservation Holder agrees not to keep or permit any pets on the Premises at any time during their stay. Breach of the pet policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and a $1,000 fee charged to the Reservation Holders credit card on file. There will be NO REFUND of the reservation upon early termination for pet violations. In the event of a breach of the pet policy, the non-breaching party may proceed against the breaching party in any claim or remedy that the non-breaching party may have in law or equity.

Pets: If the property you are renting allows pets the following apply: Up to two well behaved dogs under 50 lbs are welcome at the Vacation Rental with the home owner's consent. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept cats or any prohibited dog breeds which include Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, Belgian Malinois, German Shepherds, Akitas, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Caucasian Mountain Dogs, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dogs, Beaucerons, Wolf Hybrids. 

*Dogs must be vaccinated for rabies and on flea control medication (topical or oral).

 A non-refundable $100 pet fee per dog will be charged per stay. 

Dogs must be under Guest's control at all times and must be on a leash when off  premise. 

*Guest agrees to promptly clean up yard after pets and properly bag and dispose of feces in the trash. Failure to clean up after your pet(s) will result in a $100 charge. 

Guest shall be liable for any damage to the property caused by the pet(s) and shall  pay home owner any repair or replacement costs. 

Guest warrants that pet(s) have no aggressive or vicious history or tendencies. 

Guest agrees to take full responsibility for any damage or injuries caused by the pet or to the pet. Guest agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the home owners and the management company “Casago” from and against all damages, claims, liabilities, judgements, losses, cost or expense arising out of damage or injuries caused by or to the pet(s).
