This spacious villa is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with a thoughtful 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom layout. The home features a unique second-floor entry that leads you into an open-plan living room, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. For those seeking fresh air, a sliding door opens to a private balcony overlooking the park. On the first floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom featuring a queen size bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second level houses two additional bedrooms: one primary suite boasting a king bed, TV, an in-room sink/vanity, and its own attached balcony overlooking the park, and a second bedroom equipped with two single beds and a TV. A shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves this level.

While the structured amenities list is focused on the unit, guests have access to the wonderful facilities of the Villas by the Sea Resort. Families will love the Pirate Ship playground, while adults can maintain their wellness routine in the fitness room. To cool off, guests can choose between the dedicated adult pool or the pool for the kiddies. The resort further enhances your stay with an on-site full restaurant and lounge.

Located in a prime area of Jekyll Island, guests can enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk or visit public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn. Please be mindful that beach access may not be available at high tide.

• Strict No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the cottage at any time. Violation of the no pet or no smoking policy results in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund.
