To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must agree to and sign a rental agreement online. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies, decks, garages, and pool areas. No pets or ESAs are allowed, though ADA service dogs are always welcome. There is a minimum age requirement, and guests under 25 must request approval to reserve. Parking is limited to one space per condo from March to October, with additional paid parking available on the island. Please note that golf carts are not permitted on the property per the HOA. For your convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is located at the end of each hallway.
