The first guest bedroom also boasts ocean views and includes a king bed, TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom accommodates guests with two full beds and access to an adjacent full bathroom featuring a low-ledge walk-in shower and hand-held shower head for enhanced accessibility.

• Parking: Secured underground garage with one reserved space per unit; one additional first-come, first-serve space on the main level. No trailers or RVs permitted on-site.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. Most adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Restrictions: Saturday departures are not permitted during Spring and Summer school breaks or Bike Week.
• Note: There is ongoing work at the complex causing minimal-to-moderate noise during daytime hours.
