Our cleaning and maintenance team prioritizes early check-ins to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival before the standard time. Early check-in is available for a fee of $30 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. Pets are welcome; however, they are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests by ensuring pets remain off sofas, chairs, and bedding. A pet fee of $83 will be charged ONLY IF you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. The carriage house's private entrance is located on Bolton Lane. There is 1 parking spot available on Bolton Lane in front of the garage door NO parties or events. Max weight dog: 30 pounds. Well-behaved dogs only. NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact the host before booking and let us know that they are locals. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. We provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap) The property requires identity verification and a completed profile.
