Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the home features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms. The main floor is defined by a bright, open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining area merge seamlessly. In the living room, leather sofas surround a stacked stone gas fireplace and a mounted TV, creating a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a bay window, and a center island with additional seating, flowing into a dining area with a large table that seats 10. This level hosts four bedrooms: two with King-sized beds and two with two Queen beds each, utilizing two shared Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. Each bedroom includes its own TV.

The lower level is dedicated to entertainment and additional sleeping quarters. A spacious family room features comfortable couches, a pool table, an arcade game, and a second dining table perfect for games or meals. This level includes two bunk rooms, each containing a twin-over-double bunk bed, as well as a cozy kids' nook in the family room with a twin bed and trundle, all served by a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The main floor deck offers comfortable seating and stunning views, while the back deck overlooks the golf course and features a swinging bench and a hot tub for relaxing. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking.

The property is located just a short walk from the Beech Mountain Club, Clubhouse, driving range, Fireman's Park, and the Wild Iris trail. Beech Mountain Ski Resort is less than three miles away, offering skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in winter, and mountain biking, hiking, and scenic lift rides in summer. Nearby attractions include the Emerald Outback Trail Park and the Buckeye Recreation Center. A twenty-minute drive leads to Banner Elk for local shopping, dining, and the Banner Elk Winery and Vineyard.
