Early check-in is available for a fee of $30 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

A pet fee of $50 will be charged ONLY IF you bring pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Available parking is on the street at the meters or any nearby parking garage NO parties or events

NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact the host before booking Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. For awareness: There is 1 exterior security camera by the front door. It is motion detection and for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. We provide one set of towels per person, which includes one bath towel and one washcloth. If you would like to refresh your towels during your stay, the property has a washer and dryer available, and we provide detergent for your convenience.

We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. The property requires identity verification and a completed profile. Minimum age to reserve: 25 years old (strictly enforced). Maximum occupancy: 2 guests (strictly enforced, no exceptions, including infants/children)
