Step outside your private patio and you'll be just steps away from the complex's oceanside amenities, including the pool, boardwalk to the beach, and a private 800-foot fishing pier that doesn't require a fishing license. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, but feel free to leave the chores behind and simply soak up the sun, swim, or cast a line off the private pier. Amelia by the Sea is a gated community with open parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit. The highly rated Fernandina Beach Golf Course is just a 2-minute drive away, and the Surf restaurant, offering indoor and outdoor dining plus live music, is within walking distance. Please note that this is a residential community, not a resort, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Monthly rentals are not available in March, and pets are not allowed.
