Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via keypad self check-in, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed, and evidence of a pet will result in a $250 fee. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; smoking or marijuana use inside will result in a $250 fine. Loud parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A guest registration form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. For stays of 30 days or more, an Arizona lease may be required, and a $450 utility cap applies.
